Job Description
North Risk Partners is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Processor to support the Commercial Lines service team and prepare candidates for future positions within the Commercial Lines of insurance. This role involves supporting account management and client communication, processing requests, and following regulatory guidelines. The company values a team environment with collaboration and constant learning.
Requirements
- Monitor and process tasks in the North Risk Commercial Lines Buddy List
- Assist account management team by delivering quick and accurate responses to service requests
- Accept, process, and communicate standard tasks such as certificates, simple policy changes, MVR’s, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Follow all federal and state regulations
- Ability to obtain & maintain a property & casualty license
- Detail-oriented and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team in-person and virtually
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel to client meetings and various locations
