Job Description
We're looking for a Call Center Representative to provide Monday thru Friday customer support service to healthcare professionals and patients.
Requirements
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to support healthcare professionals and patients.
- Assist with questions about affordability support, enrollment, program details, and consent processes.
- Facilitate appropriate transfers for specific medical questions.
- Capture and escalate any adverse events or product complaints following established procedures.
- Provide support for general savings card inquiries.
- Document all interactions accurately and according to program guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support program requirements.
