Clinical Nurse Specialist Coordinator Acute Care role at NorthBay Health involves managing clinical and educational resources, promoting high-quality patient care, and developing evidence-based care delivery systems. Requirements
- Oversight of clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery

- Accountability for bringing innovative ideas from and to the bedside
- Coordination and provision of educational programs for staff
- Development and validation of clinical competency of staff
- Independent consulting on clinical care issues for patients, families, staff, physicians, and other departments
