Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Primary Care (Full Time, Days)

NorthBay Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Primary Care to provide care in the Napa/Solano County areas. The APP will work under the direction of a physician, collaborate with other team members, and focus on both pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. They will utilize standardized protocols and procedures while maintaining high patient care standards.

Requirements

• Perform physical examinations and updates patient history.
• Formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Order ancillary services.
• Review diagnostic test results.
• Collaborate with supervising physician.
• Educate patients.
• Provide treatments and procedures.
• Assist in clinical management of patient.
• Counseled patients.
• Transfer patient care as needed.
