We are looking for a Regional Association Manager to nurture and build relationships with associations to gain industry insights and identify the needs of different associations.
Requirements
- Maintaining current association relationships by building rapport with board and executive members
- Identifying potential associations and developing relationships for future growth
- Participating in association meetings and conventions; travel across Canada necessary
- Negotiation and conflict management
- University degree or equivalent working experience
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- A competitive spirit and a desire to deliver a high level of performance
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to create, nurture, and manage key relationships
- Fluently bilingual (English/French) is a definite asset
