Walls Foreman
High school diploma or related degree. Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A. Ability to pour concrete and read basic instructions
Flatwork Foreman
High school diploma/GED, or related experience. 5-7 yrs construction experience preferred, with upward mobility desired. CAD drawing & reading skills required
Shop/Yard Laborer
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic vehicle/equipment repair knowledge. Ability to read and follow instructions
Concrete Finisher
High school degree or equivalent education & experience. Knowledge of basic tools & materials, and ability to read/comprehend instructions. Valid driver's license preferred
Walls Laborer
High school education or equivalent experience. Ability to perform concrete construction. Must have valid Driver’s License & be able to read simple instructions
Lead Fleet Mechanic
10+ years mechanic/maintenance experience. 5+ years diesel/small engine repair. Valid driver's license (1-year)
CAD Technician
CAD software proficiency required. 2D/3D drafting skills and understanding of construction standards are essential. Teamwork and communication are key
Total Station Operator
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Total Station Operator. Proficiency in surveying instruments, particularly Trimble. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Driver Equipment Operator
High school diploma/GED required. CDL certification is needed. Ability to read and interpret regulations. Ability to perform truck operations and maintenance
