Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)

We are seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our Substance Use Disorder Services team, providing co-occurring substance abuse counseling services. The position involves working with clients, families, and community agencies to identify needs for services and make referrals.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license as an LADC in the State of MN
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or willingness to obtain upon hire
• At least one year of work experience in direct service to individuals with substance use problems or one year of work experience in the management or administration of direct service to individuals with substance use problems
• A Bachelor’s degree or three years of work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services
• Education or experience in co-occurring disorders
• Travel is a function of this position; ability to operate a motor vehicle along with a valid driver’s license is required
