Job Description
Northern Trust is seeking a Consultant to join their Reporting CoE team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will partner with technology, product management, and operations teams to understand and analyze business needs and develop comprehensive specifications for business processes and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS/database concepts
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and supporting the billing revport TM (Broadridge product)
- Solid understanding of financial terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client requirements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience eliciting, validating, and critically evaluating business and technical requirements
