Job description
Join Northrop Grumman's Systems Engineering organization as a Principal / Sr. Principal Systems Architect Engineer. Develop system architectures, define key capabilities and performance requirements, and ensure requirements are met. Work on the Longshot team and analyze architectures using DODAF or SysML Viewpoints.
Define system architectures, perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and trade studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Manage requirements, communicate technical approaches and findings, and apply technical expertise to complex problems.
This role requires a strong foundation in Model Based Systems Engineering and Architecture Development, with experience using tools like Cameo Magic Draw or Rhapsody. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze architectures and develop various DODAF or SysML Viewpoints.
