Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health with the Cardiovascular Institute – Medical Group A-Fib Team! Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients.

Requirements

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of Master’s level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APRN/PA experience preferred
