Advanced Practice Provider - Immediate Care - Per Diem

The Advanced Practice Provider will provide care to patients in an immediate care setting, obtaining detailed histories, performing physical examinations, ordering imaging and lab tests, and interpreting results. The provider will instruct patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens, maintain records, and write progress notes. The position requires a master's degree in nursing or NCCPA certification, and a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department or IC experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN or MS) or NCCPA certified PA
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department or IC experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and current Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license (APRNS)
• IL PA license, IL controlled substance license, and DEA certification (Physician Assistants)
• Current CPR Certification issued by either the American Heart Association or Red Cross
