Traveling Part Time Group Facilitator

Northwest Journey is seeking a Part Time Group Facilitator to join their team. The successful candidate will plan, implement, and document mental health groups for children, adolescents, and families. The position involves working in a fast-paced mental health environment and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree
• Minimum of one year of experience or formal education related to working with youth who have severe emotion disturbance or mental illness
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
• Positive and proactive problem solving skills
• Ability to receive and implement feedback
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Ability to generate and maintain a variety of documents
