Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic, Inc. is a community-based mental health organization that offers comprehensive intervention, prevention, and therapeutic support services for children, adolescents, and families. The clinic provides group facilitation, care coordination, and daily living skills education to promote family stability and individual success.

Part Time Group Facilitator
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, 1 year of experience or formal education, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
Driver - Rhinelander, WI
21 years old, valid Driver's License, and pass driving history standards
Full Time Group Facilitator
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree, 1 year of experience or formal education related to working with youth, and strong communication and problem-solving skills
Part Time General Maintenance
Dry wall experience preferred. Must be able to read blueprints, follow safety regulations, and use various tools
Portage County Mentoring
Education in DD/SED, work exp. with children & families, knowledge of mental health and behavioral needs. Must be licensed and have access to a vehicle
Portage County Respite
Education/experience in working with children with disabilities is needed. Experience with mental health and family programs is also required. Must possess knowledge of AODA services and be a licensed driver
Waupaca County Respite
Education/experience w/ children/families with disabilities. Work experience in related fields. Understanding of child & adult mental health & autism
Traveling Part Time Group Facilitator
1+ year of experience or formal education in youth mental health; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; excellent communication and problem-solving skills
