Culinary Tech

The Culinary Technician plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Nothing Bundt Cakes Test Kitchen, maintaining an organized environment, contributing to product development, and supporting brand initiatives.

Requirements

• Maintain overall organization, cleanliness, and readiness of the Test Kitchen
• Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and product rotation
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of ingredients and supplies
• Support efficient kitchen workflows and adherence to food safety standards
• Assist in validating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Execute operational testing to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Support with Quality Assurance to evaluate ingredient alternatives and redundancies
• Support with Learning & Development to produce training materials, including photos and videos
