Requirements

• Prioritizes the guest experience
• Leads all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, and work environment
• Recruits, selects, and trains team members
• Ensures NbC product, service, and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld
• Executes operational and administrative responsibilities
• Maintains hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and steps
