Job Description
Job Description: Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) products. Perform field upgrades of software and hardware.
Requirements
- Travel to customer sites
- Install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on DCS products
- Perform field upgrades of software and hardware
- Document and communicate field failures, customer feedback, and improvement ideas
- Build strong relationships with on-site client representatives and client's service provider crews
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory
- Participate in hardware assembly, hardware installation, and R&D testing of DCS products
- Willing to work 12+ hours daily
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to be on call
