Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical engineers within NOV Energy Products & Services deliver reliable equipment to industries that power the world. The role requires strong problem-solving, fast learning, collaboration, and leadership to develop and lifecycle support of M/D Totco Surface Products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo (Pro/E)
• Ability to read, interpret, and create drawings in accordance with ASME Y14 standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, casting, assembly)
• Experience with structural analysis using FEA tools (Creo Simulation, SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS) and hand calculations
• Experience with flow or thermal analysis tools (e.g., CFDesign or similar)
• Ability to develop load paths and free-body diagrams
• Product lifecycle management experience
• Experience managing complex assemblies and large bills of materials
• Knowledge of GD&T
