Job Description
Novaspace Technology is seeking a Senior Remote Sensing Space Systems Technical Manager to join their growing team. This role involves participating in mission missions on Remote Sensing Space Systems, from concept and feasibility to procurement and operations support. The candidate will contribute to the definition and assessment of future systems, support with operational and training activities, and technical due diligence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in aerospace and remote sensing
- At least ten years of practical industry experience in Remote Sensing space instruments and/or systems
- At least five years of experience of technical management of Remote Sensing space projects & teams in an international environment
- Good knowledge of Electro-Optical (EO) instruments and systems, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Other remote sensing systems, e.g. ELINT, Lidar, etc
- Ability to appreciate both the commercial and operational requirements
- Fluency in English
