Extrusion Team Lead

Role Overview

The Extrusion Team Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with GMP's, Safety and Quality Procedures, and keeping Productivity Standards. They will perform tooling changes, restart extruders, and produce parts that meet quality specifications. The Team Lead will also be responsible for ensuring individual and team accountability, participation, and involvement.

What You Will Do

Perform tooling changes, restart extruders, produce parts that meet quality specifications, maintain a clean and orderly work environment, assign employees to work stations, check controls on equipment, and provide timely performance feedback.
