As the regional lead for Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across Japan and Korea. You will lead a team of 7 employees and oversee activities across customer service, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring performance aligns with business priorities, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
