Project Engineer

Role Overview

As Project Manager, you will lead and deliver capital investment projects across the full project lifecycle, from early planning and design through installation, start-up, and handover. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, sourcing, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with Novonesis standards.

What You Will Do

Lead capital projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and project handover. Collaborate closely with line-of-business user groups to translate operational and business needs into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing capital investment projects, ideally within a processing or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully across multiple phases
• Solid understanding of capital project management processes and governance
• Strong leadership capability, with experience leading cross-functional and cross-site teams
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and drive initiatives independently
