Power BI developers

NTT DATA is seeking a Power BI developer to join our team in Remote, Karnataka, India. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, creating and optimizing SQL queries, building Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with business teams.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL, including advanced joins, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent platforms.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL workflows for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a 2 PM–11 PM IST shift.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, OneLake, Dataflows Gen2) is a strong plus.
