Role Overview

The Skilled Operator supports with and executes operational activities/processes, in accordance with established specifications and (quality, safety and environment) guidelines, to achieve the production / operational targets for the assigned area.

What You Will Do

Executes operational activities / processes such as discharge, load, transport, clean, label, operate all equipment, in order to contribute to a safe, effective and efficient production processes. Periodically inspects and executes small maintenance tasks on the production equipment, signalling defects and deficiencies.

Requires knowledge of the use of all materials, equipment and tools, and typically takes time and effort to gain the experience and skills. Works in compliance with all relevant (personal as well as food) safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures, as well as operational standards.

• Knowledge of the use of all materials, equipment and tools
• Ability to perform basic operational processes in production
• Ability to operate equipment and machinery that requires a certain level of proficiency
