Senior Software Manager, Agentic AI

As a Senior Software Manager, you will lead a team in building agentic AI solutions and provide technical direction in the design, development, and deployment of AI applications using LLMs and related technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline
• 12+ overall years of industry experience
• 5+ years in technical leadership or managing software/AI teams
• Proven experience managing teams building ML/AI systems
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering, particularly Python, data structures, and system design
• Leadership experience, mentoring, and coaching skills for creating high performing teams
