NOC Engineer - Dedicated

Role Overview

The NOC Engineer provides frontline operational support for client network and telecommunications services. This role is part of a high-performance team committed to a customer-obsessed culture.

What You Will Do

Monitor environments, acknowledge alerts, perform initial troubleshooting, escalate incidents, maintain accurate ticket documentation, and support major incident communications.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (preferred)
• 4 years of experience in a technical role (preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in network and/or telecommunications operations
• Familiarity with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, and collaboration platforms
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or SolarWinds
• Strong documentation and communication skills
