Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building, delivering, and maintaining Index & Analytics products and services for Nasdaq's global customers. You'll thrive in this position if you take a pragmatic approach, bring a strong 'let's do this' attitude, and have a passion for building high-quality technology in a collaborative, global environment.

What You Will Do

You'll craft and develop new sophisticated functionality while maintaining and improving the existing codebase. You'll contribute across the full product lifecycle, including business needs, design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in developing distributed backend applications (preferably in Java)
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Passion for building top products and delivering them to businesses and customers
• Curiosity and enthusiasm combined with a willingness to share your knowledge with your team to constantly improve ways of working
• Excellent working proficiency in English
