The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that B2B marketing programs and promotions are developed and launched accurately, on time and in collaboration with multiple departments. The position plays a critical role in aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and translating data into actionable recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Marketing degree and/or experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
- Strategic thinker.
- Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Access, and Word.
- Experience in data entry and 10-key.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work with multiple departments effectively.
