COE Specialist

Ocado Technology is building the next-generation grocery ecommerce suite. The COE Specialist will ensure relevant business systems are fully operational to provide an efficient service to customers and avoid/minimise impact following system outages/incidents.

Requirements

• Monitoring business systems operations
• Resolution, escalation and management of logged incidents
• Managing system faults towards a timely resolution
• Prioritising bot recoveries and arranging recovery windows
