The Team Leader role in Ocado Technology is an organisationally focused role, responsible for building a great team delivering a great product and actively working within the team’s business stream/department to build effective organisation with culture aligned with Ocado Technology values. Additionally, Team Leaders work with their site leadership to build a great place to work.

Requirements

• Experience with leading a team of software developers
• Experience using Agile methodologies
• Good understanding and experience of software engineering and the full software development cycle
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar technical degree
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Polish
