5 years of fish cutting experience, ability to lift 50lb. boxes, stand for long periods in a cold and wet environment
Sanitation Tech
Prior sanitation experience, motivated and independent work ethic, ability to work overnight shifts, and strong understanding of sanitation procedures
QC Tech - HACCP Coordinator
2+ years of experience in food processing and handling, basic knowledge of Seafood HACCP, and excellent communication skills
Sales Support - Bilingual
Bilingual proficiency, exceptional communication skills, highly organized, and sales background required
Night Sanitation-Monroe
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., operate a forklift, and work overtime as needed
Seafood Filleter-Monroe
Excellent knife skills, team work, standing for long periods
Local Delivery Driver
2+ years of experience driving box trucks, excellent customer service skills, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs
Sales Representative
Strong computer skills, good listening and communication skills, and knowledge of fresh and frozen seafood
