Job Description
Lead and manage teams of software engineers responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying microservices within a low-latency platform using Golang, AWS, SQL and NoSQL DBs, gRPC, or Kafka.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong background on the backend side and cloud
- Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products in a timely and predictable manner, at least 3 years
- Experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex product and technical challenges
- Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and applications
- Passion for software development and a desire to create innovative solutions that make a positive impact on the world
