Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership
- High-growth technology environments, investment banking, or top-tier management consulting experience
- Strategic vision and ability to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, including treasury management of digital assets
- Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams
- Mastery of complex financial modeling and ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets
- Operational excellence and ability to instill structure and discipline in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
