Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience in leading development teams
- Demonstrated experience leading on-call teams and managing incident response
- Strong background in building and managing SaaS products
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
- Experience in driving change within development teams
- Ability to balance product development priorities with technical depth
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
