Job Description
Ogaenics is a small team from Hamburg that develops bio-food supplements, and they are looking for a part-time Customer Happiness and Counseling representative to support their customers with advice and assistance.
Requirements
- Support the Customer Happiness team in answering customer inquiries and performing general administrative tasks to improve customer satisfaction
- Counseling and customer service via telephone, email, chat, and social media, including follow-up communication and escalation management
- Participation in creating and maintaining FAQ documents and counseling materials, as well as continuous updating of these contents
- Support in organizing and conducting customer workshops and events, including follow-up and evaluation
- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our service offerings and creating corresponding reports and analyses
