Job Description
Scheduler responsible for scheduling patient appointments, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with provider schedules.
Requirements
- Providing excellent customer service skills
- Scheduling patient appointments according to criteria set forth by individual providers and the department
- Answering phones and assisting with creation of provider schedules
