Job Description
Oil States Industries, Inc. is seeking a Molder Lead for our Tulsa, Oklahoma location. The Molder Lead will be responsible for preparing and operating molding presses, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and assisting operators with documentation and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year related experience
- General experience in a production environment filling a supervisory role
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem-solving/decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Conversion of weights and measures
- Comprehension of written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division)
