Oktopost is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a restructured approach to web and digital performance. The role is responsible for owning and optimizing Oktopost's digital infrastructure and lead capture journey, with a focus on website performance, conversion rate optimization, and external agency management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital SaaS marketing
- Proven experience managing external agencies across SEO, paid media, and web development
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress infrastructure, technical SEO, and web performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools for content performance, SEO, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioural data to improve digital journeys
- Understanding of funnel attribution and web-to-CRM handoff processes
- Experience working closely with Sales and Revenue Operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, with a structured and outcome-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
