We are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing Financial Planning team at Old Mill, supporting both Client Service Administrators and Client Managers across our network of offices.
Requirements
- Experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating others within a team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working within a client-focused or professional services environment
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence communicating with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience improving processes and supporting operational efficiency
