Job Description
Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a sales team and ensure efficient operation of the front end of the store. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving service issues, and maintaining store standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of one to two years' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Positive attitude and ability to interact well with others
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
