Retail Receiving Team Leader

Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! The Receiving Team Leader oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, responsible for accurate and timely execution of freight flow to the sales floor.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred
• Ability to work evenings, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to effective communicate information and delegate tasks
• Positive attitude and ability to interact well with customers and associates
