RN Patient Advocate

The RN Patient Advocate facilitates resolution of complaints and grievances, coordinates review and resolution of patient concerns, and provides assistance to patients to understand the process of their care. The position involves working on committees and teams to improve patient/customer satisfaction and leading efforts related to patient experience.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited professional nursing program
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, information systems, or related field required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Outstanding communication skills required
