Job Description
Olsam is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in international freight, Amazon logistics, and wholesale/retailer experience, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Coordinate international freight shipments and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on ETA changes, delays, or exceptions
- Oversee warehouse operations to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to align logistics with business needs
- Manage Amazon FBA and Vendor inventory replenishment
- Analyze logistics data to track KPIs, drive improvements, and reduce costs
- Stay informed on international freight regulations, trade compliance requirements, and industry developments
