Job Description
The Regional V.P. of EndoTherapy will oversee a regional sales and support team, directing their activities and responsible for revenue growth, market share growth, and Average Daily Demand growth. They will maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, work closely with the Olympus Capital RVP counterpart, and develop business plans consistent with the direction of MSG leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a proven successful Sales Representative in a related field, people management preferred
- Proven track record of success
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to maintain and expand existing disposable run rate businesses
- Works well in teams
- Has experience with and is comfortable with CRM software (Salesforce)
- Excellent oral and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
- Strong procedural and product knowledge
- Strong understanding of customer base and business environment
- Excellent computer skills—Word Outlook Excel
