Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Medical Affairs to join our headquarters in Geneva and lead our global Medical Affairs function.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy or related fields (MD, PhD, PharmD, Master).
- 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- At least 10 years in Medical Affairs, ideally combining affiliate and global experience.
- Demonstrated people management experience, with strong skills in hiring, developing, and leading teams.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); French is a strong asset
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
