Technical / Non-Technical Recruiter – Education Domain

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the Education sector, including EdTech companies, universities, and K-12 institutions.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles within the education domain, including faculty, instructional designers, curriculum developers, academic counselors, and administrative staff
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers from EdTech organizations, schools, and universities to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, networking, and education-specific communities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the education sector
• Stay updated on hiring trends and market insights in the education and EdTech industry
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
