Acquisition Subject Matter Expert

OMNI is seeking a seasoned Acquisition Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide high-level strategic counsel and advisory support across portfolio-wide and program-specific acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Acquisition Management, or related field
• Advanced certifications (e.g., DAWIA, PMP, CFA) preferred
• Minimum 15+ years in acquisition, financial management, or related disciplines
• Proven expertise in DoD acquisition processes, statutory policy, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience advising senior government or defense leadership
• Experience in Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) or Satellite Vehicle acquisition highly preferred
• Deep understanding of acquisition strategy and execution
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to influence, advise, and communicate with senior leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
