Sr. Field Applications Engineer (FAE)

Requirements

• Provide hands-on technical support to customers throughout project development by troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving hardware, firmware, and IQ related issues.
• Work closely with customers to understand their application requirements, helping them optimize image quality, sensor performance, and system integration.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess customer needs and define solutions using OmniVision products, translating customer challenges into high-level product specifications.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Applications, marketing, and product development, to address customer challenges, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous product improvements.
