Job Description
Onda partners with brands to help them grow by providing a pool of highly vetted talent experts in digital marketing. We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive business growth through continuous optimization of web and digital channels.
Requirements
- Use data analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop optimization strategies by identifying opportunities for improvement in the user journey and conversion funnel
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that optimization strategies are aligned with overall business goals and executed effectively
- Gather insights through user surveys, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research methods to understand user needs and pain points
- Generate regular reports on conversion metrics, test results, and optimization performance
