Job Description
One Medical is a primary care solution seeking to improve healthcare access and affordability. They are transitioning from Amazon and are building a diverse, driven team committed to enhancing the patient experience. The position focuses on managing a patient panel, treating patients in various settings, and providing continuous learning and collaboration.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics or board eligible
- State licensed in Florida
- Passion for human-centered primary care
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to use technology
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Desire to be part of a team dedicated to change
