Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• State licensed in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
• 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting or 1 year in an urgent care setting
• Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Ability to use technology to deliver high quality care
